About a month ago, I took note of an invitation for the launching of a beauty supplement or rather, more of a beauty solution I would say. This Crystal Tomato Plus was a total alien to me. Not knowing anything about it, I watched a video on their facebook page and got a rough idea of it being a product which can enhance a person's skin beauty.

It was a short break with 2 additional holidays to the weekend break. Time to catch up with some friends! Most of the indie cafes and coffee bars were closed on Mondays! Lucky to have found this coffee bar welcoming us!
Honestly, I have not heard of Frisson Coffee Bar but am so glad to have stumble across this place!

I have recently received a bottle of BiO-LiFE® Astaxanthin 4mg and have shared about the facts and benefits that this supplement can give in my previous post here.
I'm suppose to do a review after the consumption of a bottle of
BiO-LiFE® Astaxanthin 4mg but since they will have a roadshow starting from 12th to 17th May 2015, I thought some of you would be interested to know the
changes in my body after just 2 weeks of consumption!
Not much difference can be seen from the picture hence I will be pointing out some changes on my skin after consuming BiO-LiFE® Astaxanthin 4mg for 14 days;
- skin has become more radiant with healthy colour and glow from pale white complexion.
- pimples with scars have subsided much quickly.
Some of the health and skin issue I experience lately helps to evaluate the effects of this supplement consumption too;
- scalp damage on my head has recover much quickly from chemical damage during a recent hair bleaching process.
- inflammation I got on my face (from being too near to the steamboat fire) subsided after one day.
- ulcer in my mouth due to "heatiness" subsided much more quickly than usual.
As for the recent changes in my body which I notice ;
- feel slightly less fatigue and lethargic
- an improvement in appetite
All these in just 14 days! I can't wait for the result after consuming the whole bottle! Do keep checking in my blog for my review after my 1 month journey!

I was given a few pairs of contact lenses for trial;
Eye Secret 38% Soft Contact Lenses - I have used the contact lense for 2 days. when I first unpackage the lens, I felt quite surprise to feel a thin and soft contact lens. in comparison to other monthy lenses. Speaking from the perspective of some one who has dry eyes problem like me, I am happy to say that I did not experience any dry eyes condition; dry lenses will lead to slightly blurry vision.
As an icing on the cake, the lenses are actually easy to remove by the end of the day! I guess this is due to the technology which locks moisture even in dry condition.
Daily Color Lens - was given a black ring colour contact lens. As can be seen, the iris looks larger, giving a brighter look. Can't deny that it gives a better impression during work or social.
The lens condition and level of comfort is similar to the Eye Secret 38% Soft Contact Lenses.
Monthly Colour Lens - comfortable level is similar to above. Very comfortable and no experience of dry eyes condition. Got to stress again that this has got to be the most comfortable lenses I have worn so far. Pretty impressed with the comfortable level. The colour lens colour sent to me is of outer black ring with inner navy blue ring.
As can see, the colours is not obvious unless observing in a close distance, you might realise the existence of the blue colour. :) The right choice for those who likes colour lenses but not something that shouts out in obvious.

Few weeks ago, I was approached to try on a Teatox product by CuppaTea UK. At first I thought, I don't need any teatox for weight loss or burning fats! I'm already thin enough. I'm sure many would agree. Girls would kill me if I tell them I have unwanted fats..
...but then, CuppaTea also promotes detox / toxic cleanse! That's something I could use and that marks the beginning of my teatox journey with CuppaTea.

I have just received my month's dosage of Astaxanthin 4mg from BiO-LiFE last Thursday and I'm really excited about this! It's time to religiously intake a pill each everyday and let's see what it does after a month's consumption!
