I could very much relate to their tagline above and I bet many who have been intimidated by their problem skin condition does too! I was part of this class of teenagers with the common problem of insuppressive acne which appears one another. I had to admit that these irritating bumps had me building up a bad habit of pinching it and poking it forever! My mom would make me go for facial treatment once monthly. It made me felt like the odd one out of because I don't hear any other teenagers going for facial. My face condition got tiny bit better but that was it.

Come college, come uni and I thought this puberty problem will just disappear~ Somehow, they just decided to linger and when menstruation was near, they would get more aggressive. I hated it. It gives me self low esteem and I tried to hide away every time I felt my face being too exposed to people's eyes.

I tried every different type and brand of skincare recommended by people alike. However, the effect never lasted long enough and I have to look for another brand or type of skincare over and over again! So, there you go. That was what used to be my skin care cycle; kept changing skin care products.

Things have changed since about 4 months ago and I can't be more happy about it! Now, I just start my day with the same cleansing lotion everyday! The above products are all that was prescribed to me. It seems a lot of steps but everyone has got to work towards improvement and a better result! Time to add oil and fight on! (sorry for being too dramatic. lol)

Here, I'll be sharing first about the three most essential skincare products of every routine!

KO Dermaceutical Perfect Cleanser 1 (120ml) - RM198. I loveeee this cleanser! It is of semi-clear gel texture and every pump gives out a light refreshing aroma. I would usually start my skincare routine in the shower to avoid the mess of splashing water on my face. Just a pump on my fingers, spread a little onto the other hand and gently rub my face all over in circular motions. Once done, just need to rinse my face with water again~

This cleanser contains beneficial ingredients such as; cactus pear extract, trehalose, lavender essential oil, and salicylic acid. I used to be one of those silly ones who thought that face is only considered thoroughly cleansed if my face feels so squeaky clean that fingers don't run smooth on my skin and that it feels slightly dry. Boy, was I so wrong! I finally experience what comfortable real cleanliness feels like! After cleansing, my skin feels clean and clear of dirt but yet supple and firm! No natural moisture and protective layer was stripped in the process! So refreshing and gentle, it's very much recommended to dry and traumatized skin condition.

KO Dermaceutical Perfect Radiance Toner 21 (120ml) - RM198. This very watery toner is alcohol free, addressing the many concerns of many skincare users nowadays. Main ingredients are of plant extracts which acts on soothing the skin while encouraging melanin production. I would usually pump it on my clean fingers and then dab it all over my face as I felt that toner absorbed into the facial cotton is just going to waste.

This toner contains beneficial ingredients such as; cactus pear extract, trehalose, centifolia rose extract, witch hazel extract, cucumber extract, orange flower water, raspberry fruit water, lavender essential oil. Again, the application promotes freshness, turning dull skin into a brighter and dewy complexion after a long term usage. Liquid absorbs really quick into the skin! Loves the quick absorbancy! One plus point is that it can be used to set make up when lightly sprayed onto the face.

KO Series Acne Therapy Solutions Clarifying Treatment Moisturizer (50gm) - RM160. Moisturizer actually plays an important role as well. It is the liquid used to keep our skin moisturized, locking in all the goodness applied earlier. It is also one of the skin care product we should all pay a lot of attention to, especially those with skin problems such as acne.

This moisturizer contains beneficial ingredients such as; Jojoba seed oil, meadowfoam seed oil, trehalose, argan oil, yogurt filtrate, vitamin E. Surprisingly, the moisturizer does not feel oily at all, just great for acne prone skin! The lightweight formula used allows quick absorbancy and has a non-greasy texture, allowing quick sealing of goodness and ready for makeup application within seconds!
