It was more than half a year ago when Anchor Food Professionals first launch Pizzart. This time around, I'm glad to be part of the second wave of Pizzart on this Food Trail all the way to Segamat, Johor. 

The Pizzart Campaign gives a spin to the traditional pizza recipe by infusing them into burgers, pretzels, cheese balls and much more! This time around, we visited Finale Kitchen Bar to test out some new recipe which will be launching just in time for the Chinese New Year.

First on the table is the Cheese Pretzza (RM8.90). This is definitely one for the cheese lovers as besides the main tuna flakes filling, the pretzel was infused with lots of cream and cheese; the Anchor Cream Cheese, Anchor Shredded Mozzarella Cheese, Anchor Colby and Cheddar Cheese and Anchor Extra Yield Cooking Cream.

Perhaps inspired by the cheesy crust, the Cheese Pretzza has a thin crust which brings out more flavour with the hidden filling of tuna, cheese and cream. This is indeed another way of creating an enjoyable Tuna Pizza.

The PizzBurger (RM12.90) looks like a plain Jane bun but is definitely not. When sliced open, the PizzBurger surprises you with a succulent grilled minced meat patty stuffed with melted Anchor Mozzarella Shredded Cheese, Anchor Colby & Cheddar Cheese and brushed with Anchor Butter before being baked into a light crust top. 

I love how the meat patty was stuffed with cheese in between giving extra flavours to the meat. Slice them into bite site and scoop it up together with the tomato sauce and they are good to eat! The meat was marinated lightly to highlight the flavours from the tomato sauce and cheese. Again, the bun layer was done thinly so that you can enjoy the bursting flavour of the full flavours.

The Pizza Bombs (RM9.90) which I tasted was definitely an improved version from the first campaign. No longer a chewy dough, the Pizza Bombs are balls of thin crust holding a bolognese sauce recipe; with minced meats and tomato cubes. Take a bite and the fillings will spill out filling your mouth with the mixture of bolognese aroma and taste just like eating the pasta without the spaghetti. 

Personally, I love the new recipes for the enhance flavours due to the thinning of crust! The price for these indulgence are really affordable too! So this is definitely not to be missed!
