Wondering how is the cafe scene in Ipoh? Well, I can say this place is getting more hipster slowly..
Decide to pop into a cafe to relax for a bit and refuel the fluid in my body after going around under this hot weather. Burps & Giggles it is! It actually consist of two lots of shop but still, space is quite compact inside
The space although is a little crammed, still is comfortable and makes you feel at ease with the dim lighting. Menu and drinks are all of western variety. They do serve some soft drinks I have not seen around KL.
The non air-conditioned section with a mural painting behind the sofa. It could get pretty hot during the sunny weather.
I tried this SOLO original lemon but it doesn't taste any special. Taste was light. This pineapple and passion fruit blend on the other hand was yummy and refreshing! Not sure if they do add sugar though because it does taste a little sweet. Pricing on menu is slightly on the high side as well.
