Taiwan Excellence is back and now more focused on building smart home features! More reason for new home owners like me to visit so I can get a peek of what's best for my new home installation!
Taiwan Excellence has partake in one of the major yearly exhibition, ARCHIDEX 2019 happening now at Kuala Lumpur Convention Centre from 3rd - 6th July 2019. The launch of Taiwan Excellence Pavillion located at Hall 8 of KLCC was addressed by Mr.David Hsu, Director of Economic Division, Taipei Economic and Cultural Office in Malaysia, showcasing innovative product and design to enhance modern living.
Taiwan Excellence is a much coveted award that epitomized Taiwanese corporations' drive for perfection, and brings together the best product from Taiwan. All products carrying this symbol has been carefully selected based on their excellence in design, quality, marketing, Research & Development and manufacturing. This round, a total of 21 Taiwan manufacturers is here to showcase Taiwanese products encompassing smart technologies, renovation materials, household hardware and other home solutions, with the aim of exploring business opportunities with Malaysian counterparts.
The Taiwan Excellence Pavilion, headlining Modern Living is showcasing many leading products such as the Flow2 One Plus fresh air exchanger with a built in filter by TUMÄ; Wifi Smart Door Lock by Tanmo; Smart Community Cloud Intercom System by Tonnet; SIMLEAD Safety Drawer System with Push Open, Soft Closing and VSD by King Slide; as well as designer functional faucet by JUSTIME amongst others. Here, I will be highlighting 2 items which I would consider as an addition to my new home!
HISS Upside Down Slide Motorized Roller Screen
This one is really interesting! Something which is totally useful for my high window panel! I have questioned about using curtain but I would not want to deal with stuck rollers in such out of reach places so I was really happy when I chance upon this!
Let's explore more about what it does! HISS Upside Down Slide Motorized Roller Screen is like a blind/fitted screen for your window panel size which comes with a remote control for much ease of use! With the use of a remote control, motorized roller screen can stop at anyplace manually or automatically. The user does not need to get up close and adjust the screen manually. Built-in ultra-quiet micro motor system, it has multiple settings, instant reaction, smooth gliding and more importantly moves quietly. Built-in lithium battery design can be recharged and power the screens for roughly one year of usage. It is designed with modern concepts and integrated with easy installation.
Compare to many motorized roller screen out there, this one wins my heart! It has a minimal sleek design while I have seen many which looks bulky and the design of the compartment is not very pleasant to the eye, i.e. looks bulky and huge! Besides being able to be controlled using a remote control, there is also a remote app which can be installed into our smart phones which means we always have the control at hand within reach! Totally convenient without having to carry the remote control with me all the time! Another issue which HISS was able to realize is noise obstructing the peacefulness of a home or a quiet moment. If you watch my instagram story, I have tried it out for myself and I can tell you that I'm totally impressed with the quietness of it while opening and closing! There was no sound at all, not even a squeking sound! The roller screen can be open and closed even without waking up a sleeping baby. Talking about convenience, and environmental care, it only needs to run on a rechargeable built-in lithium battery for about a year before recharging again.

CAESAR Unity Basin with Arc Shape
I can't really explain why but I find the washroom one of the most hollistic relaxing spot in a home. Anyone else is with me on this? Haha.. Which is why a very aesthetic washroom could make it to my favourite spot to unwind right at home.
The more I am growing up, there more I am particular about how I want things to be.
