We thought we know it all when it comes to cheese but many of us actually only taste and know of common cheese found in pizza, burger and pasta. Even for me, this European Cheese is a brand new knowledge and experience for me which is totally unlike the common. 

Raclette is a fairly new concept which gathered a lot of attention in Malaysia recently but not many have actually tried it. It was more than half a year ago when Anchor Food Professionals first launch Pizzart. This time around, I'm glad to be part of the second wave of Pizzart on this Food Trail all the way to Segamat, Johor. 

The Pizzart Campaign gives a spin to the traditional pizza recipe by infusing them into burgers, pretzels, cheese balls and much more! This time around, we visited Finale Kitchen Bar to test out some new recipe which will be launching just in time for the Chinese New Year.
